Effective 19 December, 2016 we will be upgrading our enterprise resource planning software (SAP) to the latest version ECC6 in order to improve our business operations and services we provide to you.
According to our project schedule, the following dates are important to you:
- Orders cut off and despatch, in line with market offer – Monday 19/12/16 noon.
- Migration to new SAP system (including system testing) – from Tuesday 20/12/16 to Tuesday 03/01/17.
- Go live in SAP ECC6 – Wednesday 04/01/17.
We will make best endeavours to minimise any impact during the transition period.
In addition, please note that on Friday 16/12/16 we will be closing at 10.30am for our staff Christmas party.We will reopen for business on Thursday 05/01/17.
